Mega Home Free Delivery Policy
Mega Home is pleased to offer complimentary delivery service to our valued customers. We have our own dedicated company trucks to ensure reliable transportation of products.
Mega Home organizes weekly free deliveries from the east, south, west, and north directions. The delivery schedule is as follows:

To ensure our customers fully benefit from our free shipping service, it is important for consumers to acquaint themselves with the following rules regarding free shipping. Familiarizing yourself with these guidelines will enable you to make the most of the exclusive advantages provided by Mega Home.
Terms of Mega Home Free Delivery:
Mega Home exclusively delivers goods to the customer’s designated store or warehouse. Our delivery service includes unloading the goods directly to the ground for your convenience.
To ensure the accuracy of the delivered items, Mega Home requires our customer to be present during the delivery process to inspect the quality, color, and item number of the products. This ensures that the correct items are being delivered to the customer. Additionally, we will provide a signature requirement as confirmation of the delivery. After confirmation of delivery, Mega Home will no longer be responsible for any missing or damaged items.
If you require delivery outside of our standard delivery schedule, please note that a shipping fee will be applicable.
Customers will enjoy free shipping regardless of the chosen delivery day for sales orders exceeding $10,000.
Delivery fee will be charged if you’re requesting outside of our standard delivery schedule:
For distances up to 30 miles, a flat fee of $280 will be applied. Beyond the initial 30 miles, an additional charge of $3 per extra mile will be added to the total shipping cost.
Delivery distances over 100 miles required to discuss with your assigned sales about shipping fee.
Terms of Third-Party Carrier and Customer-Specified Carrier
All orders will be charged a fee for palletize and handling. After placing an order, Mega Home will take 3-5 days to package the items. Please note: WE ONLY SHIP UNASSEMBLED ITEMS.
For orders using the third-party carrier option, we will work closely with our trusted freight carrier to arrange the pickup schedule. Once the order is successfully picked up from our warehouse, we will provide customers with a tracking number for easy monitoring. To mitigate any potential damage during the shipping process, it is necessary for you to purchase insurance coverage.
For customers who opt to use their specified carrier, you have the flexibility to schedule the pickup of your order after 3-5 days from the date of placing the order. This allows you to coordinate with your chosen carrier according to your convenience. Please note that for freight collect shipments, it is your responsibility to track the order once the freight has been loaded onto the truck. In addition, we are unable to provide assistance in filing damage claims with your chosen carrier.

Terms of Loss and Damage
Ensuring the provision of top-quality cabinets remains one of our utmost priorities, and we exert our best efforts to safeguard our shipments. It is always unfortunate when there is shipping damage or manufacturing defects. To ensure convenience and facilitate the process, we kindly request that you inspect, document, photograph and record any damage or missing items based on delivery receipt or packing slip before signing for the delivery. We are fully committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise. This proactive approach will greatly assist us in addressing any issues promptly.
If there is any loss or damage to your order, you have the option to file a claim for the missing or damaged items. Our team will carefully verify your claim, and if it is deemed valid, we will provide assistance in processing the next steps to address the issue.
Claims will only be accepted if they are submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.
