Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements. Mega Home cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies in customer-provided measurements. Our quoting and design teams rely on the information you provide when preparing orders or quotes. Prior to placing an order, it is expected that customers have verified the accuracy of the cabinet order or quote to ensure it aligns with the actual installation location.
Section 2. Responsibility of accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the quantity, size, color, and dimensions of the products before leaving the warehouse at the time of pick-up. As part of our commitment to providing excellent service, Mega Home will assist customers in inspecting all products before they leave the premises. Once the quantity, size, and color of the products have been confirmed and accepted by the customer, the company cannot be held responsible for any missing products at a later time. It is essential for customers to thoroughly review their items and ensure their satisfaction before finalizing the pick-up process.

Section 5. Product Quality Disclaimer
Mega Home Inc. only offers a half-finished product that requires subsequent assembly and installation. Please note that any safety issues that may arise during the assembly and installation process are not the responsibility of Mega Home and do not pertain to the product’s quality. Mega Home Inc. does not provide any explicit or implied warranty for any specific use, in addition, we cannot be held accountable for any legal claims arising from the use of our products in any manner.
The following disclaimer outlines the limitations and conditions related to the quality of Mega Home products. Please note that certain factors may affect the quality and performance of our products. These factors include, but are not limited to:
The Impact of Light Exposure:
Exposure to light can result in noticeable color changes in real wood within a relatively brief timeframe. When acquiring any wood product, the sample or display you use for your selection may have undergone aging. Consequently, it will reflect the potential appearance of your cabinets over time, rather than their appearance when they are brand new from the factory. Conversely, a recently produced sample will closely resemble the appearance of newly manufactured cabinets, but it will not accurately depict their appearance when they age.
The Impact of Humidity:
Under normal conditions, all wood retains a certain amount of humidity and can readily exchange moisture with its surrounding environment. This characteristic applies to all wood products, even after they have been finished. In high humidity conditions, wood will expand as it absorbs moisture. Conversely, in low humidity conditions, moisture is lost, causing the wood to contract. It is normal for expansion and contraction to potentially create open joints in the finish of painted cabinetry. The presence of an open joint line is considered an acceptable characteristic in the cabinet industry and is not regarded as a defect. These issues are common in wood-related products.
Natural stones, ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, quartz, and other engineered products are either products derived from nature or manufactured items that possess inherent variations. These products naturally lack uniformity and can exhibit variations in aesthetics, color, shade, finish, tint, hardness, strength, resistance, density, and other characteristics. While terms like granite, marble, travertine, limestone, quartzite, etc., are commonly used in the industry, they may not necessarily indicate the exact geological composition of the material. Mega Home cannot guarantee or provide any representation regarding the geological composition of any stone.
