Order Terms:
Our quote and design depend on the measurement you submitted.
Mega Home cannot guarantee the availability of every item, even after the order has been confirmed. In the case of backordered or special-order items, all updated information regarding their arrival time will be updated to customers by the assigned sales. We are committed to providing regular updates throughout the process to ensure transparency and effectively manage your order.
To proceed with the delivery and pick-up of your order, we require our customers to be paid in full. Once your order has been paid in full, we will promptly process your order for delivery and pick up.
Order & Pickup Turnaround Time:
To ensure a smooth pick-up process, we kindly request customers to understand and follow our order pick-up turnaround time. By understanding and adhering to these timelines, we can effectively complete the order and provide prompt service. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter will greatly contribute to a seamless and efficient pick-up experience.
Unassembled Products:
Scheduled Day Pickup: Customers are welcome to pick up their products on the scheduled day during our standard opening hours.
Same Day Pickup: For in-stock items, customers have the option to pick them up on the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM.
Assembled Products:
Assembly items will be scheduled for pick-up based on Mega Home’s assembly workload. We will work to determine a suitable/ available time for customers to pick up assembled items.
Terms of Pickup:
Pick up items must come with a receipt and proof of sales order.
If the customer does not come to pick up the products on time (scheduled day), a storage fee of $20 will be charged per day.
Upon receiving their order, customers are required to thoroughly inspect all items, paying close attention to the quality, item number, and color accuracy. To confirm the order, we require customers to provide a signature, indicating their acceptance and satisfaction with the received items.
