Order Cancellation

You have the flexibility to cancel your order, as long as it is done at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled picking date. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@megahomeor.com and assigned sale’s email to initiate the cancellation process. Please Note that any changes to an order made within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date may be subject to a 15% service fee charge based on the sales amount.

Conditions For Return/Exchange Items

Our return and exchange policy allows for the return or exchange of all unassembled, uninstalled, and unused products within a 30-day period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be in good condition and in their original packaging with receipt and proof of product.

 Please Note:

• No return or exchange will be accepted after 30 days of delivery & pick-up.
• The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that returns of these items will not incur any restocking fees, although a card processing fee will be applicable. Please refer to the Refund Policy for specific details.
• If customers choose to return or exchange products with Mega Home’s free delivery service, they can avail themselves of free delivery until the next cycle, based on Mega Home’s delivery work schedule. Alternatively, customers have the option to pay for shipment to receive the product in advance.
• In the event of returning an item that was initially provided with free shipment, the customer will be responsible for paying the original outbound shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of products are Not eligible to return and exchange:

• No Return on assembled cabinets and special modified cabinet.
• The cabinets, countertops, and flooring have been installed and cut.
• Any damage to the product was caused during the installation process.
• We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been damaged by transportation, stored or any other cause.
• The free samples provided by Mega Home are not eligible for return or refund.

Special Notes:

• If you encounter material damage or receive an incorrect product, we are committed to replacing the affected item promptly. To initiate the replacement process, please contact us at support@megahomeor.com. It would be helpful to attach the receipt of the products or provide proof of the returned delivery. Your cooperation is vital in resolving the issue efficiently.
• If product is defective, please inform Mega Home in writing within 48 hours after pick up/delivery.

Refund Policy

• If an order is canceled at least three days in advance of the scheduled picking date, there is no service fee will be incurred.
• Any changes to an order made within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date may be subject to a 15% service charge based on the sales amount.
• Upon receiving the original order, customers have the option to receive a refund in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases. Otherwise, refunds made to the payment account will incur a processing fee of 10%. In addition, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.
